Initially I met inMay 2019. she was a Yoga instructor at a day of self care studio located in fort lauderdale, I was immediately struck by her warmth and commitment to supporting each of the students. I followed her classes for many months until the pandemic. I always enjoyed her classes and she really helped mom out a bit . In 2020 Shardae was able to work out private in home sessions for me which were critical given, my husband was one of the first cases of COVID.
